Welcome to Shepherd’s Staff, ® Inc! We’re here to encourage and strengthen you in your walk with Christ. We do this by hosting groups who use our facilities and/or programming to create a one-of-a-kind experience geared to meet their specific needs. We also offer exciting activities like paintball to further enrich your adventure.

The Shepherd's Staff is a non-profit Christian conference and retreat center located in northwest Kansas, dedicated to offering excellence in rental facilities, caring staff, and programs that foster Christian growth. We serve church groups, youth groups, family reunions and banquets.
