Together these pages serve as our current reservation contract. Please print both of them, fill them out with estimated numbers, and send to us (with any applicable payment). We sugest that you request your participants to make a deposit to you as they commit to attend your event. This is of benefit to them to spread payment and to you to help prevent last minute cancelations.
